Session Abstract
Design leaders often struggle to show how their work moves the needle. In this hands-on session, Fouad and Sheldon cut through the noise to help teams connect design outcomes to real business impact. Drawing on their experience scaling design across a large public organization, they’ll share simple frameworks for measuring effectiveness and efficiency—what’s working, what’s waste, and how to tell that story in a way leaders understand. Participants will leave with practical tools for aligning design work to organizational goals and demonstrating value with clarity, confidence, and credibility.
