Letter from our CXO

Dear Campers,

Sorry, I know we forgot towels to dry off the water bottles on day one. No matter how well things go, this is the kind of thing that sticks in our team’s mind, even after an almost flawless execution of the event.

We sincerely hope you left inspired by our little gathering last month. Our goal has always been to create a place for like-minded folks to believe in a bigger purpose for design and technology. Sure, it’s about AI, CX, and helping your audience fall in love with your brand, but it’s also about understanding our purpose in an ever-changing world. How do we make responsible decisions that make life a little easier for everyone?

Planning and running a conference is as hard as it looks. I’ve always said the stakes are high when “Experience” is in your event title. Looking back at Vol. III, all the feedback has definitely kept our fire burning, not to grow the gathering, but to simply prove that every year we can make it better, more engaging, and unpredictably entertaining.

I want to say thank you to everyone. Everyone who attended, participated, spoke, volunteered, organized, partnered–without you, this whole movement doesn’t exist.

In today’s 10x world, we still believe big things can come in small packages. From our team of strategists, designers, and technologists who love solving big problems, to putting on XCamp itself—we’ll be here, fighting the good fight, and hoping to help you with yours.

See you next year,
